In the ten years since the hundreds of Catty android copies  of her were made Catty Nebulart has risen to the rank of captain and now heads the Intelligence Division of the Solnoid forces. Nebulart knows the full details of several secret projects carried out by both races during the war and is privy to information coming from meetings of the Solnoid&rsquo;s top leaders. She has become saddened by the countless years of carnage the war has wrought and enlists the aid of Shildy and her group to help her in her final gambit to end hostilities.
