Lawrence III (Japanese: ジラルダン Gelardan) is a self-styled collector, appearing as the main antagonist in The Power of One. Many refer to him as explicitly a Pok&eacute;mon collector, though there is no evidence that he had any Pok&eacute;mon himself prior to the movie. His Japanese voice actor is Takeshi Kaga, while his English voice actor is Neil Stuart.    He travels about in his airship, known as 飛行宮 Hikōkyū (literally, &quot;Flying Palace&quot;), which is about the size of a small city, and gathers artifacts from around the world. Despite the scope of his collection, however, he remains rather shortsighted about the world, with his entire plot to capture Lugia reflecting this; his not taking into account the disruption of the natural forces governed by the legendary birds leads to his downfall.    Very little is known about his past, with the only concrete information given by him in the movie. The first object in his collection was an Ancient Mew card, and it remains the only thing remaining in his possession at the end of the movie, inspiring him to continue his collection on a more modest scale. A greedy collector, Lawrence III, wants to capture the legendary Pokémon, Lugia. But in order to do so, he must capture the Titans of Fire, Ice, and Lightning. The titans are powerful bird-like Pokémon, and if they are disturbed they will wage a war against eachother which will ultimately result in earth's destruction. Ash, Misty, and Tracey get caught up in the situation when they end up being washed ashore onto Shamouti Island. Soon after, Ash meets a girl named Melody who sends him into a mission where he must collect the 3 Orbs which will quell the fighting, but first Ash must gain help from the Beast of the Sea, Lugia, if he's to succeed.

Luiz Feier Motta is a Brazilian actor and voice actor.

Despite having made a career in Rio de Janeiro, he became one of the first voice actors to work remotely, when in 2009 he returned to his hometown, Caxias do Sul, and set up a home studio. He was the official narrator of Canal Futura, and is the announcer of several calls for film releases in Brazilian cinema.
