Isurugi is Taro Sado's senior. She is the head of his school club and is violent to Taro due to her superiority complex. She is a self-proclaimed deity. She also has ailurophobia. There is an implication that she has feelings for Taro (as a result of his kindness towards her, plus the fact that he treats her just as he does everybody else), although she does not admit to them. An episode suggested she is jealous when another girl makes advances towards Taro as in the case of her being more violent towards him when Noa gave him a mound of lilacs. She is an extreme tsundere, and repeatedly attacks Taro, in an (unsuccessful) attempt to cure his masochism. She seems to be unaware of the fact that she has developed an attachment towards Taro, nor the fact that she has unconsciously developed feelings towards him, and constantly denies these facts whenever Arashiko has pointed it out. Her first kiss was with Taro. Mio does not get along well with Tatsukichi when his alter-ego surfaces while cross-dressing, especially from the fact that Tatsukichi belittles Mio's bust size whenever his alter-ego comes out. She does not quite realize that she has an innate sadistic personality, which may explain why she constantly resorts to violent measures to cure his masochism. She is shown to be very athletic, but has been said by Arashiko to not be very good at studies.

There are twisted tales and twisted tales, but few are as twisted as poor Sado's, who's just realized that he actually likes being made miserable. Of course, knowing that only makes him more miserable, which in turn... well, you get the idea. Desperate to break the circle, Sado volunteers for a special club where he hopes he can work through his issues only to discover that the other members have equally... complex... issues to deal with. 
For example, the hyper-aggressive club president Isurugi not only has a violent fear of cats, but also believes herself to be a god! Then there's Yuno, who's terrified of men; the Nurse, who forces other people to perform cosplay; and Hayama, Sado's best friend and a compulsive cross-dresser, who's also the girl that Sado is infatuated with.

Attended Nihon Narration Engi Kenkyuujo before becoming affiliated with her first management company. She works for Link Plan and was formerly affiliated with I'm Enterprise and Assemble Heart. Because of her strong voice, she often voiced tsundere characters.

Now that he has moved up to high school with his friend, Tatsukichi, he wants to get rid of this sexual tendency and live a regular teenage life. He hears about this high school club called the Number Two Volunteer Club, headed by Isurugi Mio. The club is there to advise and help students in various needs and trouble. The only problem is that Isurugi Mio is an extremely violent and bossy girl, the type of person that treats Taro terribly and arouses him at the same time. Taro grudgingly asks for her help to solve his problem but what he doesn&rsquo;t know yet is that his life is about to get really complex.
