Even at the conclusion of the last tournament, Axl couldn&#039;t return to his own time period and was finally lost again in a different age. And then  one year later, Axl found himself experiencing the same events again (although  from his point of view, this was three years later.) However, he did not gain anything from his travels. Hearing about a man with the same time traveling ability as him... &quot;That Man&quot;, Axl wondered if he could learn how to return to his own time period from him. Recognizing the scent of &quot;That Man&quot; on the previous tournaments, Axl sets forth again.

Set in the year between the events of the first two games, the story revolves around two new characters exclusive to the manga: Tyr and Mizuha, and the mystery of severed Gear parts falling from the sky.  Members of the Post War Administration Bureau (P.W.A.B. for short) - the secretive organization responsible for many events in the games - serve as the antagonists of the story.  Characters from the games, such as Sol, Ky, Axl, Potemkin and Kliff, also appear, albeit with relatively minor roles.

Mahiro Oyama was just a normal erotic-game loving dude…until he woke up one morning as a woman! Turns out his mad-scientist little sister, Mihari, tried out one of her new experiments on him…with a disastrous outcome, as far as Mahiro’s concerned! But Mihari is as determined to study him as he is determined to go back to his shut-in, game-playing life, and one thing’s for sure…life is going to get a whole lot weirder from here on out! <br>
