All-Hunt Grount is the main antagonist Luffy fights in the "Marine Rookie Arc". He was found by Admiral Aokiji on an island that was destroyed by him and his beast like arm. He was recently promoted to naval captain from Navy HQ when he was transferred to the marine base on Fron Island.
