She is a knight from The Knight Guards of the Third Independent Trade City. Since the Devil War, the head of the Cambell family has fought as a knight. Her grandfather and father founded, protected and supported independent cities. When her father dies from an illness, she decides to be knight - even though she's a girl and doesn't know how fight with swords too well. In her first fight she broke her sword, and almost got killed, if Luke didn't save her then.  Cecily is very loyal and stubborn. Lisa describes her as "bold." She has red hair and eyes.

The knight Cecily wants to defend the weak, but her lack of skill makes her an unlikely heroine—until the blacksmith Luke comes to her aid, using magic to forge blades of supernatural strength. Cecily wields this sacred steel and charges forth to face a new threat; a cloaked fiend is unleashing demons upon the land, and though he lurks in shadows, the villain is closer than Cecily knows.

The story revolves around Kakazu Kio, an ordinary high school freshman living in Okinawa. A girl with cat ears appears before him during a memorial service for one of his family ancestors. The girl calls herself Eris and claims she is an alien.
