Hikaru Hitachiin is a devious and childish first-year student who greatly enjoys toying with his fellow Host Club members Haruhi and Tamaki (whom he often calls, “My Lord”). He and his younger identical twin, Kaoru, are “little devil” type hosts who put on an act of “forbidden brotherly love” (with Hikaru as the seme) to draw in their clients. Unlike Tamaki, the Hitachiin brothers are wholly calculating in their customer relations; however, this is because of their deep dependency on each other, and a reluctance to let anyone into their world. They share a deep emotional bond, which was forged through a lonely childhood and the painful fact that no one could ever tell them apart without looking at the parting of their hair (Hikaru’s hair parts to the right; Kaoru’s parts to the left). Since Haruhi is the first person that can truthfully tell them apart, they greatly treasure her friendship. Haruhi has stated that Hikaru and Kaoru have their differences, despite being identical twins. Of the two, Hikaru is a little more in control of their twincest acts but is also more childish and immature than Kaoru though he is the older twin.

~!Tamaki was the one who coerced the brothers into joining the Host Club in their last year of middle school. Since they told him they would join if he could guess which one was Hikaru, Tamaki repeatedly followed them around, tossing out random guesses as to who was Hikaru and who was Kaoru. They finally crumbled and decided to join, which was their first step towards a greater exposure to a world outside of their own. Later in the manga, both Hikaru and Kaoru fall in love with Haruhi; although she has already rejected him once, Hikaru is determined to not lose to Tamaki. Eventually, however, Hikaru accepts that Haruhi loves Tamaki, and instead encourages her to confess to him, saying he is over her and wants her and Tamaki to get together (although he always looks pained as he says this).!~

Fujioka Haruhi wins a scholarship to attend Ouran Academy, a school reserved for only the most rich and prestigious. Despite what other students may think of her, she cares little for physical appearances or the fact that she is a commoner. 
Unfortunately for Haruhi, her high school days take a sudden turn when she stumbles upon the Host Club, an elite club filled with super rich and beautiful boys who use their specific traits and charms to entertain young ladies. Even worse, Haruhi accidentally breaks an 8-million yen vase in the club. Since she is unable to repay her debt with money, Haruhi finds herself with no choice but to work for the Host Club, becoming a male host herself.

He left Artvision in 2012 and has found his own talent agency INTENTION. He is part of the voice actor unit STA☆MEN, alongside Junichi Suwabe, Daisuke Kishio, Hiroki Takahashi, Hiroyuki Yoshino, Makoto Yasumura, and Kousuke Toriumi. They performed the ending theme for the Tokusatsu drama "Go Busters" of the Super Sentai Series and released it as their third single. He's also part of CONNECT, first unit of Kiramune, with Mitsuo Iwata. They released three mini-albums and a single. As a solo artist, he has released 13 singles, 3 albums and 2 mini-albums.

Todd Haberkorn, alternatively known as Todd Stone, is an American voice actor, director, producer and actor who has provided voices for many English dub versions of Japanese anime series, as well as cartoons and video games. While he was working in theaters, he joined Funimation as a voice actor, beginning with some minor bits in Black Cat and Peach Girl.

Sablik was already at the age of five in front of the microphone. After graduation, he began to study and work full-time as a voice actor. He is the German voice of Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter), Chris Pine (Star Trek), and Andrew Garfield (The Amazing Spider-Man).

One day, Haruhi, a scholarship student at exclusive Ouran High School, breaks an $80,000 vase that belongs to the "Host Club," a mysterious campus group consisting of six super-rich (and gorgeous) guys. To pay back the damages, she is forced to work for the club, and it's there that she discovers just how wealthy the boys are and how different they are from everybody else.
