Qin Shi Huang was the founder of the Qin Dynasty and the first emperor to unify China. His real name is Ying Zheng (嬴政). Qin Shi Huang (秦始皇), also known as Shi Huang Di (始皇帝), literally means "First Emperor of Qin". He is widely regarded as the greatest Chinese emperor of all time despite sometimes being viewed as a tyrant.

The story begins when the gods call a convention to decide whether to let humanity live or die, and settle on destroying humanity. But a lone valkyrie puts forward a suggestion to let the gods and humanity fight one last battle, as a last hope for humanity's continued survival. 13 gods will fight against 13 human champions in one-on-one battles to decide whether humanity lives or dies.

Vagner Abiate Fagundes is a Brazilian actor, voice actor and dubbing director. Dubbing since the 90s, Vagner has become one of the greatest Brazilian voice actors working with several anime. Among his highlights are Son Gohan (teen and adult) from the Dragon Ball series, Touya Kinomoto in Card Captor Sakura, Zim in Invader Zim, Monkey D. In 2007, Vagner won the Yamato Award for best voice actor of the year, alongside Marco Antônio Costa, for lending his voice to Luffy.
