She is Kyoutarou's childhood friend and Azuma Hokusai's daughter. Her ESP is a form of teleporting just like Kyoutarou.

Rinka is a financially struggling high school girl living with her single father in Tokyo. One day, while going home from school, she sees a penguin flying in the sky towards the Tokyo Sky Tree. She chases after it only to find fish swimming in the air! One of the fish goes through Rinka and causes her to pass out. Sachika's voice acting career began after winning the "KADOKAWA×UP-FRONT STYLE Idol Seiyuu Audition 2008" competition in February 2009. She debuted by voicing Yuri Gamagori in the anime Shangri-La.

Sachika's hobbies includes choral singing, watching comedy shows, poetry, and playing electric guitar.
