Iczer One is a gynoid created by the Cthulhu (also known as Cthulwulf), to be their guardian. However, when the Cthulhu were taken over by Big Gold, Iczer One was jettisoned. She arrived on Earth and somehow got wind of the coming invasion by the Cthulhu, now under Big Gold's command. She was therefore forced to defend the Earth against those she was created to protect. To do this, she needed a partner to help her use the Iczer Robo, a giant fighting mecha which is somehow connected to her (a connection so profound, that when Iczer Robo's arm was cut off, Iczer One lost the use of her own, corresponding arm).

Nagisa is a schoolgirl with schoolgirl tendencies, waking up late, rushing off to school and meeting up with friends upon the way. One morning Nagisa comes across a woman dressed in a strange uniform who seems to stare at her, unnerving Nagisa. Later that day, whilst staring out the window, Nagisa becomes aware of a ball bouncing by itself which flings itself towards her window seat, shattering the glass yet not harming her... Turning back to the front she finds a gaping mouth bristling with teeth inches from her face and no-one else about. She screams and the world returns to normal with her standing and the centre of curiosity of her class... why did she scream?

Wendee Lee is an American voice actress and one of the most prolific and experienced American voice actors in the business. While she has done voicework for many video games, as well as several episodes in the Power Rangers franchise, she is particularly prolific in the dubbing of anime, where she has more credits than any other English anime voice actor with currently two hundred and fourteen credits.

In deep space a battle wages between the forces of good and evil and the fate of the Earth hangs in the balance. The evil Neos Gold dispatches her invading forces towards Earth with only one aim: the total destruction of all mankind. Now it's up to Iczer 3 (the younger sister of Iczer 1) to defend the Earth from the deadly armada of Neos Gold, with only the Earth's single remaining battle cruiser on her side. But don't count her out; what Iczer 3 lacks in experience she makes up for in all-out enthusiasm.

Golden Warrior Iczer-One (Part One) takes place 10 years before the Fight! Iczer-1 anime. It's the story of how Iczer-One is awakened and escapes the Cthulhu spaceship just before it is taken over by Big Gold. Iczer-One crashes down on the planet Ishua with no memories and no knowledge about herself or her past. There, she is forced to fight against Magenta, one of the Cthulhu's commanders who is in charge of the Cthulhu's invasion force on this world.<br><br>
