Sakurai Touko is one of the secondary characters in My Senpai is Annoying. Sakurai is a young adult woman with long black hair. She has a mole under her right eye.

She is a senpai at Igarashi Futaba's company and is very popular among male employees because of her looks and friendly personality. She works alongside Igarashi and has a secret crush on Kazama Souta.

Igarashi is a hardworking young office lady. Takeda, the senpai above her at work, annoys her constantly–and yet she finds herself growing closer to him. Every day is filled with comic mishaps and romantic moments as Igarashi tries to balance work, life, and love.
