A worker at a host club and one of the three members of Matenrou alongside Jinguji Jakurai and Kannonzaka Doppo.

A host, who became so due to certain circumstances, and a member of Matenrou. Has an honest personality and a flirty tone of voice. Because of his appearance and tone, he is easily misunderstood. Actually an extreme gynophobe. Became a host to overcome his fear of women. When he puts on his suit, he transforms into quite the womanizer. A friend of Doppo's since elementary school. Has feared having no friends even since childhood. Though he tries to make friends via extensive networking, he often fails.

Since he's good with his hands, his hobbies are sewing and making ships-in-a-bottle when indoors, and camping and fishing when outdoors. Whenever Doppo ruins his suits, Hifumi will fix them for him.

One of three simultaneous manga series to be started in December 2018, featuring Fling Posse and Matenrou.

After the war, women have taken over ruling politics in the Chuo ward and have banned and destroyed weapons. This has caused men to fight through rap battles using Hypnosis Mics, which can be used to affect people's sympathetic nerves and influence their thought process. However, the legendary rap group, The Dirty Dawg, has split up into four groups, each representing a division of Tokyo, Japan and are engaging in territorial battles using words and the HypMics.
