It has been 10 years since then. Humanity awaits a new fate.

Once humanity was on the verge of destruction at the hands of the evil scientist Dr. Hell and his underground empire. Kouji Kabuto, his Mazinger Z super robot, and his friends at the photon power laboratory put an end to Dr. Hell's evil ambitions, and returned peace to the world.

It has been 10 years since then. Kouji has followed his father and grandfather and now walks the path of a scientist. He encounters a mysterious life form buried in a giant structure buried deep below Mt. Fuji. A new encounter, a new threat, and a new fate await humanity. And Kouji, who was once a hero, makes a decision for the future.

It can be a god or a demon.

Once again the future is entrusted to Mazinger Z.

One of the first Super Robot manga and the one that introduced most of the traits of the Mecha genre. Constructed with the Super-Alloy Z, Mazinger was built by Professor Juzo Kabuto as a weapon against the Mechanical Beasts of the evil Dr. Hell. Koji Kabuto, the grandson of Professor Kabuto, becomes the pilot of Mazinger Z when his grandfather is killed, and battles from there on against Dr. Hell and his allies. This is the first series that introduced the concept of a pilot inside a Mecha, which all series from then on have followed.


A manga comic book and anime television series by manga artist Go Nagai, made as a direct continuation of the successful Mazinger Z series. It was aired on Japan in 1974, immediately following the end of the first Mazinger series.

The manga takes place in a world where the use of Super Robots is questioned. Koji is a former pilot with his companions faced with both personal and outer conflicts. They were once heroes but peace was achieved, bringing their robot's use into question. Can this peace even last and can it even lead to true peace...?

After being warped from their universe to that of Mazinger, the Transformers join the fight between Mazinger Z and Dr. Hell's army of mechanical beasts.<br><br>
