Hareluya Hibino has one ambition in life: to conquer the entire world! Despite his tough exterior, he’s not a bad person, and when push comes to shove, he’ll do his best to help those in need. Basically, this manga follows Hibino Hareluya as he tries to "conquer the world" by dealing with the everyday punks on the street. Always ready to fight and always winning his fights, he just finds himself more and more into trouble.
