Set 10 years after Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha A's, Nanoha, Fate, Hayate and the rest of the crew are now working full time in the Time-Space Administration Bureau. Nanoha is a combat instructor, Fate is a special investigator, and Hayate is a commanding officer. They must unite once again to save the dimensions. After the events of the Lost Logia case, Nanoha waits patiently for the day she can reunite with her newfound friend, Fate. Although being an exceptionally powerful mage, Nanoha spends her days normally with her friends on Earth. But peace is once again suddenly shattered, as Nanoha is without warning attacked by a powerful mage. A group of violent mages have been attacking anything with magic power for their own goals. Nanoha and Fate, along with their friends Yuuno, Arf, Chrono and the Space/Time Administration Bureau must once more band together to stop these renegade mages from hurting anyone or anything else. Takes place after the first season of Lyrical Nanoha.

The manga takes place four years after the JS incident in Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS, and stars Vivio Takamichi, a fourth-year elementary student at St. Hilde Academy of Magic. Vivio has learned to conjure her adult form and has received her own Device — named Sacred Heart — from Nanoha, and has promised Nanoha to never use either for mischief. Then a mysterious magical fighter appears and targets Vivio.

A picture drama released on the BD Box Set of Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS. Subaru, Teana, Vivio host a radio show promoting their own BD Box Sets. They look at a hypothetical Midchilda Academy with all the core cast is present be it as students or as teachers.

Chapters 1-3 are the events that occurred between the end of A's and the start of StrikerS. 
Chapters 4-12 are side stories about the characters. 
Chapters 13 &amp; 14 are the events that occurred after the end of StrikerS. 
Chapter 15 is a special from Megami September 2009 (also events after the end of StrikerS).
