The Yamada family consists of Miiko, her brother Mamoru and her parents. Both of her parents have work, so they are usually busy during the day and are outside of the house most of the time. The troubles in Yamada family are usually caused by Miiko's lazy character and her clumsiness.

He somehow managed to get the frog teacher back into shape, but the classmates are suspicious of this newcomer. But soon, everyone finds Puchan very fun to be with, and Puchan joins the school. Puchan encounters many happenings at the school but each time, he somehow manages to get through them with his curious ways.

In a small town, there is a small pharmacy called Fun Fun Pharmacy. Popuri, a girl who recently moved in downtown, discovers this pharmacy and meets Miss Fukiko, who is actually a witch. Miss Fukiko gives Popuri a mysterious bottle that can create magic spirits.
